  • How does it work?

    We will work with Variations inside the Foundations, you will learn to explore your body awareness, find your unique expression, communicate with intention and you will develop more higher level skills to support your practice as a dancer and knowledge as a teacher for more intermediate level classes.

    Our Head teacher, creator of Zouk Soul Flow method, she will explore methodology for teaching, depth into details of Variations into Foundations, technique & alignment and explore the importance of Flow and subtle energies.
